LockedReports for ping test has some servers with no info

Reports for ping test has some servers with no info

the ping test report shows no information for some servers but others are fine. I did check to see that settings were the same. any help would be appreciated.

    Please email screen shots of the configurations to
    support@ipsentry.com .  It appears that detailed statistics are not enabled for these devices or they are not selected on the report output.
