error - Bad Net Path [53]

Hello IPSentry guru:
 
I keep getting this error:

I've followed all the trouble shooting tip in the online help...Remote Desktop works, Access to Event Log on sys is no problem and Admin access is in both places. So, what's next? This was working fine a few weeks ago then I deleted the device and rebuild the device and now it does not work....so I'm at a lose as to how to fix this. I do own the liense to this add-on.
 
Any thoughts?

    Bad netpath is usually an unrecognized computer name.
     
    Make sure that the "Computer Name" field is proper UNC.
    e.g. \\COMPUTERNAME
     
    Also, make sure you are running version 5.0.30 as this is the latest release of version 5.x software.
