DartSecure32.DLL being detected as malware

File: C:\WINDOWS\system32\DartSecure2.dll
GUID: {FCCB2C0B-8305-11D3-B327-00C04F79563A}

Is being detected as NGC Active 2.4
by Zone Alarm and my Antivirus

It is identified as a "Hacker Tool" and when Quarantined, IPSentry
stops.

Should IPSentry Users be concerned by this?   Will this be changed
or must we manually exclude it from our security scans and antivirus scans.

    DartSecure32.dll is an SSL library from Dart Software used by many software developers.
    See: http://www.dart.com

    It is not a concerne and shoulde be considered a false detection.

    This library is about as much of a hacker tool as WSOCK32.DLL (microsoft system file for winsock TCP/IP access).
