Build a group for many servers with same service monitoring?

You would need to create a group/template item which contains the correct recipients since those are all different.

Once you setup the first group of entries Service, Perf, Disk Space, and etc. you would then use the "Add Copy" to create a basic copy of each of the entries and modify the host IP Address / Computer Name (whatever information is different) while adding the copy.

For alerting, can would then set the "Use From" to the group template which contains the alerting configuration.

A little quicker than adding a new entry and editing from scratch and if you need to change the alerting information in the future, you would then change the Group/Template item that is referenced by the entries rather than each individually.
