IP Sentry V6.0.3 not checking properly

NT Service Monitor fails for a particular location when I hit the check now on the console. If I go to that specific monitor and click on test it fails giving error message as RPC is not available and when I click that again it test successful. I tried to create a new monitor to check if it helps but its failing. I tried to connect to that server using computer management and I was able to connect.
Can someone please suggest or assist in opening a case to troubleshoot the issue.
 
I am using IP Sentry V6.0.3 on windows 2012 r2 server. Target server is also windows 2012 r2 server.

    Please update to version 6.10.00 from https://www.ipsentry.com/download
     
    Let us know if the problem persists.

    We upgraded to version 6.10.00 but still same issue.

    As the error exists while running the past and current versions, we can eliminated version mods within IPSentry.
    The current version in test environment successfully tests between 2012R2 servers.
     
    Please review the following document to see if there are any issues that may relate to the current network configuration.
     
    Also, are you running AV or FW software such as SEP on these servers?  We have seen SEP block IPSentry connection requests and cause odd behavior during netbios connections.

    This monitoring job was working fine till last month, so I am not sure why it suddenly stopped. Also when I edit the monitor and click on test it fails and when I try again it pass but it fails again when it tries to check from the console when I click on check now... This is happening alternately so I am guessing it should not have any AV or FW issue.
    Is there any separate log which can give better idea why is it failing alternately?
     
    Also we are using licensed version is there any way we can open a case and speak to someone on phone for troubleshooting?

    If this occurs back and forth, do you have cluster or round robin DNS?

    You might also try with the IP Address of the remote host rather than the Netbios name in order to bypass DNS as a potential issue.
