Restarting Services

We have a service that runs on several servers that the powers-that-be would like restarted every night. I know how to check if a service is down, but is there a way to use IPSentry to just automagically restart them at a particular time?

I would recommend using ipSentry only to monitor the services and instead use Task Scheduler on the respective servers to schedule the service restart at a specific times and frequencies.   Use a daily repeating interval to start either a batch file or a powershell script to issue the NET STOP / NET START commands or use the  Restart-Service cmdlet in a powershell script.
Since ipSentry is a constantly polling application and only uses the activity / inactivity schedules to determine whether it is active in a given time frame, it is difficult to schedule items for once per day / per week / etc.

Using task scheduler to schedule that task on the server keeps it local and using ipSentry to monitor the services will let you know if the start of the services failed.
