About This Forum

The Known Issues forum is designed to keep you apprised of any issues within the current release of IPSentry software.

Fixes to issues which are obstacles to critical functionality are addressed swiftly and made available to our customers as soon as possible rather than awaiting any pre-determined amount of time to make the fixes available.

Hotfixes are provided to address specific issues within the specified version only.  These are released as soon as the correction has been tested allowing immediate correction of the defined issue specified within the hotfix notes.

Maintenance Releases and Refresh releases will contain all updates, enhancements, corrections, and hotfixes made available prior to the maintenance release. There is no need to re-install hotfixes with a date or version prior to the latest released version of IPSentry.
