Monitor a Website for HTTP Codes

I would like to setup a monitor that watches a defined URL, and when the website returns anything other than a HTTP code 200, then I receive an alert. I don't see any specific way to monitor said HTTP codes and was wondering how I could format a monitor to listen for those.

In the HTTP/s monitor, set the "Expected Data" to HTTP/1.1 200 OK

So I had tried that formatting before, but I am not sure if there is anything specific I need to put into the Data to Send field. Would that make a difference? I have also tried having nothing in there, but no luck.

Yes, you need to enter the entire get request if you are not using the HTTP/s Add-In.
If you are using the basic monitor, it will only monitor HTTP and you will have to format the data to send as an HTTP Get Request:
    e.g.  GET / HTTP/1.1~^Host:www.ipsentry.com~^Accept: */*~^~^
