Problem with SQL query monitor

I setup a pair of SQL query monitors and they keep erroring out when I log out of the box. IPSentry is running as a service account. The DSN for the SQL server it's connecting to for the SQL query is defined under the system's ODBC connections. When I log out I get alerts of the following: Err: -2147217865 -> [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Invalid object name 'dbo.CWCTravel_WDW_Tickets_Order_Report'.

While I'm logged in, the system runs fine and checks / executes the queries just fine. Please advise.

Is IPSentry running under a different account than you use to confgure the add-in?
If so, is the DSN using windows credentials or sql credentials?

Yes, I was logged in as myself when I configured the query monitor. But it's setup to run with the service account's credentials. Also, I logged in as the service account to setup the DSN.

IPSentry is running under a service account and the same account is being specified in the login name box under database connection and query monitor.

To clarify, when you are testing the configuring on the desktop under either account (your account or the service account), it functions correctly, but when running as a service it reports the error?
